The Fire Service,
when renewing or issuing a new fire safety certificate or in an emergency
inspection it carries out in companies and shops, will ask you for a
responsible declaration of the proper operation of the fire extinguishers you
have maintained or purchased.
The responsible
declaration should include the details of the recognized company that retreaded
or supplied the fire extinguishers, the quantity and types of fire
extinguishers as well as the buyer's details so that there is traceability with
the purchase or service invoice.
In every
transaction with OLYMPIA 3P regarding service or the purchase of fire
extinguishers, the responsible declaration is automatically issued and attached
to your invoice. The same document also "works" as a guarantee. it
would be practical to keep the declaration in such a place that you will always
have it available at an emergency inspection, so that you will not be fined if
you do not produce it in time.
However, if for
some reason you can't find it, no problem! In less than 10 minutes it can be
reissued and sent to your e-mail immediately (if you do not need the original
document), or you can pick up the original from the store or via courier.
Also, businesses
that have an Active Fire Protection Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Book
must always keep it up to date. In the image below, you see the relevant staff
signing each field.
